Comedian Frank Caliendo began performing stand up comedy by taking a job as a master of ceremonies at a local comedy club in Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After only one year he was headlining at the comedy club. He made his network series debut on sketch comedy Hype gaining significant national exposure on the comedy series MADtv.
Over his career until now as a comedian , comic Frank Caliendo appeared in numerous TV shows such as The Late Show with David Letterman, Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, The View, Late Night with Conan O'Brien. Caliendo also appeared on Comedy Central's Comedy Central presents and also on many entertaining radio shows.
Currently the comedian is starring on Frank TV, his Emmy-winning sketch show on the Turner Broadcasting System that began airing in November 2007. The comedy sketch was rated beyond the show's expectations but was reviewed by Entertainment Weekly as "unfunny" and "unoriginal".
