There were also invited to roast Bob Saget, Gilbert Gottfried, Norm Macdonald, Jin Lovitz, Jeffry Ross and Cloris Leachman. The comedy Central of Bob Saget included also pre-taped appearances performed by Lewis Black, Don Rickles and Sarah Silverman. In the audience were present also Jodie Sweetin, Dave Coulier, Lori Loughlin, Alan Thicke, Scott Bakula and Rex Lee.
Even though it was a very funny celebrity roast, The Comedy Central Roast of Bob Saged was attacked afterward exactely by Bob Saget who said that a few of his comic friends went too far with some of the jokes made at Mary-Kate and Ashely Olsen, being very crude. Bob Saget exact words were "I truthfully don't know where their sense of humor lies these days." he said "I thought some of [the roast] was a little over the top".
